FAQ
Good to know
How is my commission calculated?
You earn 10% of the order value — the price of the portraits after any discount, not including shipping or tax.
How long does my link last?
When someone clicks your link we remember it for 30 days. If they order within that time, it counts as yours. If they click another affiliate’s link later, the latest link counts.
What if they use my code instead?
Orders with your code always count as yours, even if they never clicked your link. Your followers get 10% off, once per customer. The code can’t be combined with other codes.
When do I get paid?
A commission is confirmed 30 days after the order is delivered (so returns and refunds can settle). Confirmed commissions are paid by PayPal, Wise, bank transfer or store credit — you choose in your dashboard.
Can I use my own link or code?
No — orders you place yourself don’t earn a commission.
Do I need to disclose that I’m an affiliate?
Yes. Please make it clear when you share your link or code — for example with #ad or “affiliate link”.
