What photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo taken at your pet's eye level. Make sure the face is sharp and not covered. If you are unsure, upload a few — we will pick the best one with you.
Can I combine pets from different photos?
Yes. Upload one photo per pet and our artists will compose them together.
Can I see the finished portrait before it ships?
Yes. Once your portrait is painted, we send you photos of the finished piece. We only ship it after you confirm you are happy with it.
What do more layers change?
More layers mean more depth between the front and the back of the portrait, so the 3D effect is stronger.
How long does delivery take?
From placing your order to receiving it, it usually takes 2–3 weeks.
What sizes are available?
We offer a range of sizes, from small keepsakes to large pieces. Life-size options are also available.
How do I place an order?

I ordered after seeing my friend’s portrait. Mine feels just as personal, especially the little expression around the mouth. Communication was friendly and did not feel automated.
My mom thought it was a photo at first.
People often make ragdolls look too round and too fluffy. This one has her actual narrow little face, dark mask, and serious expression. The whiskers also have depth instead of looking printed flat. It is much better in person than my photo shows.
They kept the tiny white patch under his chin. That little detail is what makes him him.
The blue eyes look real, not neon. Love it.
