Two, three or four pets together in one 3D layered acrylic portrait.

That tilt of the head, the spark in their eyes — the little things that make them yours. We paint them by hand, layer by layer, so you can keep them close, whether you are celebrating today or remembering a best friend.
Because every pet is one of a kind.
Filters and prints can copy a photo, but they cannot capture a personality. Every Forever Paws Art portrait is painted by an artist, one acrylic layer at a time, so each piece carries real brushwork, real depth and the care that went into it. No two are ever the same.
Layered Acrylic

Inside Our Studio
Good to Know
A clear, well-lit photo taken at your pet's eye level. Make sure the face is sharp and not covered. If you are unsure, upload a few — we will pick the best one with you.
Yes. Upload one photo per pet and our artists will compose them together.
Yes. Once your portrait is painted, we send you photos of the finished piece. We only ship it after you confirm you are happy with it.
More layers mean more depth between the front and the back of the portrait, so the 3D effect is stronger.
From placing your order to receiving it, it usually takes 2–3 weeks.
We offer a range of sizes, from small keepsakes to large pieces. Life-size options are also available.
Simply choose your product, upload your photo, and provide any special details. We'll handle the rest!
You approve a sketch before we start painting, and we share a photo of the finished piece before it ships, so you can ask for adjustments at both steps. Because every portrait is custom-made, we can’t accept returns for change of mind, and if your portrait arrives damaged we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
Of course! We will keep you in the loop and share progress photos as your custom piece comes to life.

She cried. In a good way.

Both dogs actually look like themselves, not like two generic white dogs. One is always alert and the other has that goofy soft face, and somehow both expressions are there. We put it on the entry table and everyone notices it.

Our two-pet chaos, somehow made elegant.
Our dogs are very different sizes, and I was afraid the smaller one would disappear in the layout. She did not. Both faces have room, neither looks pasted in, and the balance is lovely. My quick phone photo makes the acrylic look flatter than it really is, but in person the layers are easy to see when you walk past.
We never managed to take one good photo of both dogs together, so I sent separate pictures from different days. I expected the final pose to feel stitched together. It does not. Their sizes look right, the light matches, and even the way they lean toward each other feels natural. My wife noticed a tiny marking on one paw that I had forgotten was visible in the reference. That level of attention surprised us.
Both schnauzers, both personalities. Nailed it.

Both pets fit without the composition feeling crowded. The little one did not get lost, which was my main concern.
The first proof was close, but I asked for one tiny adjustment around the markings. The revision was bang on and the final portrait feels very true to life.
Opened it and just went, “Yep, that’s our cat.”
Very happy overall. Colours were slightly warmer than my screen.
Lovely work. They got the markings spot on.
Looks like the photo, only warmer. Really pleased.

I sent a couple of ordinary phone photos and hoped for the best. The markings came out exactly right, and it now lives on our entry table.

Really nice finished piece. The wait was longer than quoted and I had to chase an update, but the art came out well.
Opened it and just went, “Yep, that’s our little girl.”
Beautifully done — looks exactly like our fluffy menace.

So happy with this. Already on the bedside table.

I nearly did not order because most of my reference photos were quick phone snaps with bad indoor light. I sent them anyway and explained that getting the markings right really mattered to us. The finished portrait has that exact familiar expression, not a generic pet face. We opened it on the kitchen table with mail and coffee cups everywhere, and everyone just stopped for a second. It now has a spot by our living room cabinet and looks like it has always belonged there. The whole thing feels personal without looking overly formal.
We lost our fluffy menace last year and I did not want anything too polished or gloomy. I wanted the everyday face we knew—the markings, the slightly silly expression, all of it. That is exactly what arrived. It feels warm rather than sad, especially when the room is a little dim in the evening. We keep it on the bedside table beside the collar and a very ordinary snapshot. Somehow the three things together feel just right. The whole thing feels personal without looking overly formal.

Chuffed to bits — looks exactly like our cat.
My partner spotted the markings before I did and said, “That’s definitely our little girl.” The acrylic has more depth in person than it shows in my photo.
Very happy overall. Colours were slightly warmer than my screen.
What a lovely wee thing. Already on the entry table.

The likeness is excellent. Already on the bedside table.
Very happy with it. They caught the markings and the expression without making it look too polished. The whole thing feels personal without looking overly formal.
