What photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo taken at your pet's eye level. Make sure the face is sharp and not covered. If you are unsure, upload a few — we will pick the best one with you.
Can I combine pets from different photos?
Yes. Upload one photo per pet and our artists will compose them together.
Can I see the finished portrait before it ships?
Yes. Once your portrait is painted, we send you photos of the finished piece. We only ship it after you confirm you are happy with it.
What do more layers change?
More layers mean more depth between the front and the back of the portrait, so the 3D effect is stronger.
How long does delivery take?
From placing your order to receiving it, it usually takes 2–3 weeks.
What sizes are available?
We offer a range of sizes, from small keepsakes to large pieces. Life-size options are also available.

Bright, happy, and very her. The pink outfit stayed!
Good likeness and good packaging. There was a bit of static dust on the acrylic after unwrapping, but a soft cloth took it off in seconds. Otherwise perfect.
Our reference photos were terrible. Somehow the finished portrait still looks unmistakably like him.
The pose feels relaxed, not staged. Somehow they captured the exact way she leans forward when she hears the treat jar.
The fur has so much texture without looking sharp or fake. I keep moving it because it looks good in three different rooms. At the moment it is on a messy shelf with books, which honestly suits us better than the fancy spot I planned.
I thought the gold edge might be flashy, but it is slimmer and softer in person. It works really well with our old wood furniture and does not compete with the portrait.
